Home Staging Service Options

For home sellers who need a little help or a lot from a Pro to their house ready to market. Your clients can go to work in the morning and come back to their home transformed and ready for the first showing!  Dreamy right?  Well, it’s within reach and a great investment to making a strong first impression, getting buyers through the door and selling faster.There are a variety of Full Service Staging Options to choose from:

90 Minute Home Staging Consultation – $150

We take a walk through your client’s entire home (driveway to attic).  They will receive verbal suggestions for updates to be made by room along with a Seller’s Kit of information.  This process brings a fresh/buyer perspective to the process to help them get a step ahead of the competition.

Packs of 3 or 12 are offered for the progressive Realtors who are offering consultations to several clients in a year’s time and want to take advantage of volume discounting.  If you are interested in learning more about these pre-paid options, please contact Amy today!

DIY Follow Up- $125.00

After your clients have completed the items on a to-do list created during a 90 Minute Home Staging Consultation, we spend 1-2 hours preparing the home for the photography session by “tweaking” furniture, artwork and decor.  This will help to ensure that the house is in picture perfect condition when the photography is completed.

Implementation Staging

Includes the following:

  • An initial consultation to create a working plan
  • Shopping for items or providing rental estimates based on needs
  • Furniture arrangement to enhance flow and balance through all spaces
  • Installation of artwork/decor
  • Minimum 4 hours – Starting at $400.00

Vacant Staging

Vacant homes that are staged will show better and sell faster with the addition of furnishings that are placed strategically to show the buyers how each room will function after they move in.

  • Use in listing presentations, as tool to communicate needed changes or as a precursor to any of the Home Staging packages
